Our long history of representing public bodies means that we are used to advising in the context of public law, limited budgets and regulation. We understand the reputational issues that affect all public bodies and are used to providing advice in this context, always designed  to protect the organisation and avoid unwarranted publicity wherever possible.

Indeed, Chambers has established a strong reputation in the public sector for its joined-up approach to handling serious incidents. Our barristers are routinely asked to advise at a very early stage and to provide input around potential wider regulatory concerns, related employment implications, any safeguarding issues, preservation of evidence, management of witnesses, disclosure and Subject Access Requests and potential reputational damage. We will steer you in the right direction and are able represent all your legal interests where appropriate.
