Leila is dual-qualified in England & Wales and Canada, with an established cross-border practice spanning public international law, international criminal law, public law, public inquiries, civil liberties, regulatory law and human rights. Leila is routinely instructed in complex, high-profile and sensitive matters for government departments, regulators, public bodies, NGOs and individuals and will be accepting instructions in all of chambers’ core practice areas.
