Westminster Terror Attack Inquests – Prevention of Future Deaths

The Report has been published on the website for the Office of the Chief Coroner HH Judge Lucraft QC has raised eighteen matters of concern, in relation to the Metropolitan Police Service, the Parliamentary Authorities, the Security Service, the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, the Department for Transport and the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association.
