Victoria von Wachter successfully represented Bedfordshire Constabulary in gross misconduct case

Victoria von Wachter has successfully represented Bedfordshire Constabulary in a Gross Misconduct case involving long term and repeated sexual impropriety by an officer with a vulnerable victim of crime. The index acts ranged as far back as 2005 and continued intermittently until 2020. The officer who had shown no insight into his acts nor any remorse was dismissed without notice. The case has received coverage in the media.
