28 October 2024

Victoria von Wachter successfully defended Hertfordshire Constabulary in a two week trial involving disability discrimination by failure to make reasonable adjustments and discrimination arising for disability together with a harassment on grounds of disability.  A further claim of unfair constructive and discriminatory dismissal was successfully defended.  The whole case played out during the pandemic and involved the Force’s strategies to keep key areas working throughout lockdown.
