UK Covid-19 Inquiry Module 4 report published today

The Rt Hon the Baroness Hallett DBE, Chair of the UK Covid-19 Inquiry, has now published her inquiry report for Module 4. Module 4 explored the development of Covid-19 vaccines and the implementation of the vaccine rollout programme in the 4 Nations and the treatment of Covid-19 through existing and new medications.

A number of Members of Chambers were involved:

  • Bilal Rawat KC was instructed for the UK Health Security Agency
  • Claire Palmer was instructed by NHS England.
  • Jonathan Dixey was instructed by the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency.
  • Rob Harland was instructed for the Cabinet Office; and
  • Georgina Wolfe was instructed on behalf of the former Prime Minister, Boris Johnson.
