Yesterday, Module 5 of the UK COVID-19 Inquiry opened. The module will explore the procurement and distribution across the four nations of the United Kingdom of key healthcare equipment and supplies including PPE, ventilators and PCR tests. This will include examining the robustness and effectiveness of procurement processes.
Bilal Rawat and Saara Idelbi are instructed on behalf of the UK Health Security Agency. Rob Harland is instructed on behalf of the Cabinet Office and No.10.
A number of other members of Chambers are instructed for core participants in the Inquiry.
