The Inquiry report into the death of Jalal Uddin was published and laid before Parliament today, 10 July 2025.
The Jalal Uddin Inquiry was set established in November 2023 by the then Home Secretary. Mr Uddin was murdered in Rochdale on 18 February 2016.
The former Chief Coroner, HHJ Teague KC was the Chair of the Inquiry. The Inquiry heard three days of public evidence in September 2024.
