The Inquests concerning the deaths of the attackers who carried out the London Bridge and Borough Market Terror Attack has today concluded at the Old Bailey. HHJ Lucraft QC also heard the victims’ Inquests in Court 1 at the Old Bailey, and concluded those on 28 June 2019. The attackers’ Inquests were heard with a jury.
The determinations of the Chief Coroner in the victims’ Inquests and the narrative conclusions of the jury in the attacker’s Inquests are on the Inquests website.
The Chief Coroner is expected to hand down a written Ruling on his Article 2 decision in the victims’ Inquests in the coming weeks. A Report on the Prevention of Future Deaths is expected in the Autumn.
