The Inquests arising from the deaths in the Westminster Terror Attack of 22 March 2017 commence today in Court One at the Central Criminal Court (Old Bailey). The Chief Coroner, His Honour Judge Mark Lucraft QC, will hear the Inquests.
Today the Chief Coroner will hear a “pen portrait” of each of the victims of the attack, followed by the Senior Investigating Officer giving evidence concerning his overview report. The hearing is expected to last for four weeks.
