The inquest into the death of Hassan Yahya resumes

On the 8th March 2020 Mr. Yahya was fatally shot by police in Westminster. The inquest into his death resumes today and will examine the provision of mental health care in the later stages of his life, as well as all aspects of the police response on the evening of his death.  Fiona Barton KC and Amy Clarke are representing City of London Police and the Metropolitan Police Service respectively.
