Samuel Rowe contributes to Independent Legal Review of the Governance of Biometric data in England and Wales

The Review, commissioned by the Ada Lovelace Institute, explored the existing legal and policy framework governing the use of biometric data.

Samuel Rowe was part of the small Review team, contributing legal analysis and helping draft the chapters on the current legal and policy framework.
