Saara Idelbi appointed a Fee-paid Judge of the First-Tier Tribunal

Saara Idelbi has been appointed as a Fee-Paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber with immediate effect. Saara is delighted to add a part-time judicial aspect to her practice.

Saara will continue to practise from 5 Essex Chambers and accepts instructions in the usual way.  She has extensive experience in public and administrative law, human rights, discrimination and information claims, and Court of Protection work. She is looking forward to developing a further insight into her work from this new judicial perspective.
