Russell Fortt acts for the Appropriate Authority of West Midlands police at a misconduct hearing into the actions of a Chief Inspector who was ordered off an aircraft at Gatwick airport due to being drunk and thereafter insinuated that a police officer who requested his boarding card was racist and called him a jobsworth.
