The Inquests arising from the deaths in the London Bridge and Borough Market Terror Attack of the 3rd June 2017 commence today in Court One at the Central Criminal Court (Old Bailey). The Chief Coroner, His Honour Judge Mark Lucraft QC, will hear the Inquests.
Samantha Leek QC and Francesca Whitelaw act on behalf of the Secretary of State for the Home Department, along with Sir James Eadie QC and Neil Sheldon QC. Fiona Barton QC acts on behalf of the Commissioner for the City of London Police. Jeremy Johnson QC and Amy Clarke act for the British Transport Police and Aaron Moss is instructed as Junior Counsel to the Inquests, led by Jonathan Hough QC.
