• 5 minute quickfire sessions on common issues: disclosure, duty of candour, redactions, conflicts of interest, experts and sensitive material
• Multi-agency inquests
• Dealing with related civil, criminal and disciplinary proceedings before, during and after the inquisitorial process
• Inquiry reports and conclusions in the Coroner’s Court
• Case law update and forward look
