Inquest into the deaths of 10 cancer patients

Anne Studd QC and Robert Cohen are acting for Surrey and Sussex NHS Trust at the inquests into the deaths of 10 former patients of Paul Miller, a consultant urologist. The Trust employed Mr Miller until 2014, when he was dismissed. The inquests, which are are expected to last three weeks, have involved allegations that Mr Miller was a ‘maverick’.
