Information Law Event with BDB Pitmans

5 Essex Chambers along with BDB Pitmans invite you to an afternoon seminar on Information Law.

• Alex Ustych of 5 Essex Chambers discusses data sharing between organisations, including analysis of the hierarchy of powers and duties;
• Oliver Willis of BDB Pitmans presents on requests from data subjects, focusing principally on erasure; and 
• Aaron Moss of 5 Essex Chambers concentrates on "What to do when things go wrong."

We will conclude with a panel Q&A session following which there will be drinks, canapés and conversation.
