Information Law – A joint seminar with BDB Pitmans

We are delighted to have joined with BDB Pitmans in a seminar focused on some practical issues around information law which are affecting clients on a day to day basis. The seminar will be interactive and we hope to provoke some interesting discussion around these important topics.

Topics covered in the sessions will be:

• Alex Ustych of 5 Essex Chambers discusses data sharing between organisations, including analysis of the hierarchy of powers and duties
• Oliver Willis of BDB Pitmans focuses on requests from data subjects, with an emphasis on erasure and
• Aaron Moss of 5 Essex Chambers explores what to do when things go wrong

We will conclude with a panel Q&A session following which there will be the opportunity to stay for networking with drinks and canapés.
