Fiona Barton KC speaks at the ‘Leading with Impact’ course for female officers and staff of the City of London Police

Fiona Barton KC is the keynote speaker at a four-day training course organised by the City of London Police for female officers and police staff. The course offers practical tools for individuals to set both professional and personal goals, allows participants to undertake a psychometric discovery assessment which provides insight into the type of person they are, and gives individuals the time to invest in their own development away from a work setting. 

Being passionate about empowering women to succeed and thrive in the police forces, Fiona welcomed the invitation to be part of the first day of the course and talk about the personal successes and challenges she has faced throughout her career at the Bar.

The event takes place this week at the offices of law firm Linklaters in the City of London.
