Emma Price joins panel for Inns of Court Alliance for Women event

17 December 2025

Emma Price joined a panel of speakers at the Inns of Court Alliance for Women (ICAW) online event Navigating Parenthood at the Bar on Monday, 8 December 2025.

Chaired by Mrs Justice Lieven, the event brought together a diverse panel of legal professionals from across the judiciary and the Bar, including parents of children of all ages, and those with experience of caring for children with chronic health challenges and special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Emma shared her experience of becoming a parent while working at the Bar. She offered practical tips on balancing parenthood and a career at the Bar and reflected on how the challenges evolve as children grow up.

The recording of the event is available to watch here.

Emma Price maintains a busy civil and public law practice. She is recognised as a leading junior in the legal directories and was awarded “Junior of the Year” at The Legal 500 UK Bar Awards 2024.

Emma has co-authored with Emma-Louise Fenelon the forthcoming book “Baby at the Bar – Navigating life at the Bar after becoming a parent“ which will be published by Bloomsbury Professional in February 2026.
