Dan Hobbs successfully defends John Lewis Plc against multiple claims of disability discrimination

After a contested week long hearing, the Employment Tribunal rejected the Claimant's claim for constructive dismissal and similarly rejected all of his disability discrimination claims. The claims included seven allegations of direct discrimination, nine allegations of harassment and an allegation that John Lewis had failed to make reasonable adjustments on account of his disability.
