Court of Arbitration for Sport delivers decision in the appeal filed by the President of the French Tennis Federation

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has today delivered its decision in the appeal filed by the President of the French Tennis Federation, Bernard Giudicelli, against the International Tennis Federation. Mr Giudicelli’s appeal was partially upheld. Remi Reichhold served as ad hoc clerk to the Sole Arbitrator, Professor Philippe Sands QC.
