Bobby has been instructed by the Home Office to advise on changes to the police misconduct regulatory framework and, specifically, in settling a new version of the Home Office Statutory Guidance. Bobby will deliver a session at the 5 Essex Chambers Police Law Conference on upcoming changes to sch.3 of the Police Reform Act and the subsidiary regulations and statutory guidance.
