Beatrice Collier represents Labour Party at inquest into the death of Carl Sargeant

Beatrice Collier represented the Labour Party at the pre-inquest hearing on 15 June 2018 at Ruthin Coroners Court. 

Carl Sargeant was found hanged at his home on 7 November 2017.  He had been removed from his Ministerial Position on 3 November 2017 amidst allegations of inappropriate behaviour made by a number of women. Mr Sargeant’s family are represented by Leslie Thomas QC, and the First Minister by Cathryn McGahey QC. 

The inquest is expected to be held later this year.
