Nick will provide a history of Facewatch UK and discuss why the commercial sector is turning to technology to help prevent crime and protect employees. Dave will discuss the legal implications and how Facewatch UK ensures that they are compliant with data protection, employment and human rights laws.
Fiona Barton QC will discuss the implications of Bridges vs South Wales Police and what the ruling in the world's first case to challenge the use of AFR by the Police means for industry looking to use the technology.
