Anthony Grainger Inquiry Report published: four members of Chambers appear in the Inquiry

The Chairman of the Anthony Grainger Inquiry published his report today.  A copy can be found here.

The Inquiry was established pursuant to the Inquiries Act 2005 to inquire into the circumstances surrounding the death of Mr Granger, who died when he was shot by a Greater Manchester Police firearms officer on 3rd March 2012.

Jason Beer QC was Leading Counsel to the Inquiry.

Fiona Barton QC and Jonathan Dixey represented the National Crime Agency.

Claire Palmer appeared on behalf of the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
