The High Court on 30 March 2026 will hear various applications relating to the civil claim brought by four women against Andrew Tate.
The four claimants, who have anonymity, variously allege that between 2013 and 2015 Tate raped, assaulted and threatened them and subjected to them coercive and controlling behaviour.
The claim is due to proceed to a five-week trial in the High Court in June and July 2026.
The claim for intentional infliction of harm by way of coercive control is thought to be the first of its kind.
The case has been widely reported in the media, including by the BBC, The Times, and The Guardian.
Anne Studd KC and David Messling represent the four claimants, instructed by McCue Jury & Partners.
