Alan Payne QC and Aaron Moss instructed in on-going investigation into the death of Stuart Lubbock who died in 2001 whilst at a party in Michael Barrymore’s house

Essex Police have today arrested a 50-year-old man on suspicion of the indecent assault and murder of Stuart Lubbock. Stuart died at the home of Michael Barrymore in 2001. At a 2002 inquest into Stuart’s death, the Coroner returned an Open Verdict.

Alan Payne QC and Aaron Moss are instructed by Stuart’s father, Terry. Alan and Aaron are advising Terry on the on-going investigation into his son’s death, including the potential for a fresh inquest.
