Anne Studd KC and Alex Ustych will outline the process of civil mediation, the challenges and obstacles which frequently crop up in mediations and how they can be overcome.
The event will focus on practical and actionable tips, from considering whether a matter is suitable for mediation, to preparation for and conduct of the mediation. Mediation in data/privacy/tech cases will be discussed in particular, but the talk will be useful for anyone who may be involved in civil mediation of any type.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the event, but attendees are welcome to send questions/issues of interest to events@5essex.co.uk ahead of the event.
