Registration is now open for this year’s Inquest Conference, chaired by Samantha Leek QC. 5 Essex Chambers's team, who have been ranked tier 1 for inquests by Chambers UK and Legal 500, will share their extensive knowledge on critical aspects of the inquest procedure. Topics will include disclosure, how to prepare for an inquest, terrorism and multi-agency response, witness care and making good use of experts, there will also be a comprehensive case law study.
The conference will be held at the Grand Connaught Rooms, London on the 25th of November and The Royal Armouries, Leeds on the 27th of November.
