5 Essex Chambers’s Inquest Authorities Index Update

We are delighted to share with you an updated version of our Inquest Authorities Index. The index, put together by Jonathan Landau, Aaron Moss, David Messling, Jennifer Wright, Conor Monighan and Sarah Dobbie, contains a list of the most commonly cited inquest authorities, grouped by category.

In this update, the following amendments have been made:

• Neutral citations link to BAILII so users do not need to have access to Lexis or to be logged in.
• Digest reports have been replaced where the reports did not contain the full judgments.
• Other miscellaneous corrections and additions.
