5 Essex Chambers responds to the consultation on coronial investigations of stillbirths

The Ministry of Justice and the Department of Health and Social Care have launched a consultation on coronial investigations of stillbirths. 5 Essex Chambers has considerable experience in inquests and coronial investigations and is ranked in Band 1 in Chambers and Partners with nine ranked individuals. Recognising that this proposal raises a number of important and sensitive issues, Chambers has responded to the consultation. You can access our contribution here.
